Blanked out ELO & Ranking

Hi, Can some one please explain to me why I can't see how many points I have won (or lost) after each game and why I also can't see what position I am ranked on any game. I am not a paid up member but I am registered on this site. When I first joined I could see my own scores and rankings and then it just suddenly stopped. It is now just blanked out with a smiley face. I know that other players on this site (who are not paid up members) can all read their own scores and rankings. So why not me? How can I change it? Boo! Hoo! Sob! Sob! Thanks

This question is asked so a lot however, the answer is just 1 click away from your account page. But here we go:

Your answer!
What is a beginner account ?

When you join Board Game Arena, you get a "beginner account" (beginner.gif) for 30 days. This beginner account allows you to view your own ELO ranking (rank.png) for each game. After 30 days, your account becomes a standard non-member account (free.gif) .

Why should I join the club?

The main reason you should join the club is to support this website.
Also, as a token of appreciation for their support, we give club members access to some statistics: ELO ranking (
) of all members including yours (instead of masked), games statistics and specific player statistics for each game...

Is it mandatory to join the club ?

Of course not.

You can play for free without any limitation even if you are not a member of the club: Board Game Arena is a free service. Statistics are just an extra! You don't need statistics to play and have fun, do you? As a matter of fact, most players are not club members.

placed on top also!

What becomes of the money ?

Board Game Arena's service is managed by a semi-professional team who needs money to make it run (in particular: hosting cost).
Player donations are used to develop this website (new features, new games), to make it run (hosting, maintenance), to build the player community (events)...
A big "thank you" to all members of the Board Game Arena Club whose contributions allow this website to exist for the enjoyment of everyone !

Cheers,
Sawyer

TL:DR
every1 that makes an account gets a 30 day beginner account given you all options as if you're a paying client. After 30 days you loose these privileges and you'll have to either pay a small fee/gain gifts and use them to get these privileges back (see rankings) or just pay nothing and accept you'll be playing for fun and not for ranks.
