Sorry for my worse english ... try it with that cause maybe more people read it

The game took time

Some Player drop out in the last round, when no chance of win

A Player with 100 Elo dont lose elo and only little Karma

Example

I was a few klick for 15 Elo (win against small elo)
Then comes the drop
So the drop lose none
the others gets 8 points
i have only one point ... cause elo higher than the other players

thats not ok from the person that drops and not nice from the boardgamearena for punish players twotimes (cant end game/dont earn for win)

and the drop cant report, cause "he is punished enough" ??? --- no lose of elo + only little karma ... for such a rude playing

Elo is not the important thing for me ... but is there no chance that does people gets hit harder ?

Unfortunately, the system does not have a way to deal with quitters in multi-player games that is going to be fair for everyone in all scenarios.

All other players are given a win against the player who quit, but no ELo is won or lost among the players who did not quit, even if one of those players was on the verge of winning. Unfortunately, this can cause a low Elo player to miss out on the reward that was very close to occurring for defeating a high Elo player.

You can always red-flag someone and thus never play them again.

I`m irritated. Isn`t ELO gain/reduction calculated when someone quits by the % the game is finished?! That`s how I always read it.
So, if a player quits early, yeah you wont gain much ELO, but also haven`t lost much time (and can start another game), but if he quits at 90% then you get 90% of your ELO gain.

And the karma you loose isn`t based on ELO IMHO, it`s always the same amount (I think it`s -10 for first offenders and -20 for repeaters). So no matter if the quit after 1 minute or 50, they always loose 10 or 20 Karma.

Which isn`t "a little" when you have to play 10 or 20 games to the end to get it back. It basicly means that either you can do so only every 10th or 20th game or you loose net karma, which, if people would start to actually care about it, would have an significant impact of you not being able to play with others anymore.
