Board Game Arena

Hello. Does anyone know if the all player's average and the winner's average statistics are based on overall games, or if they only average the most recent 1,000(for example) games? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Also, what defines a "winner"? Is it whichever player won the game? Or a player who in general tends to win, based on a specific minimum win%?

My guess is that it's all games (at least since the last update/database flush, if that ever happens), and it's just for the winner of each game. All player counts and expansion/settings conflated. I'm not sure if conceded games or games where a player is expelled are included.
