Bug reporting page is bugged

For 2 days now I have tried to report a but and get the unstable F5 thing.
So I will report it here
Table n°8731664
Replay froze then in game display was not clickable
I was asked to play a card, then I could not click on anything
Not my turn, but I am told it is always my turn. Attempted to abandon but I assume the other players did not see it because every time I came back it asked me if I want to approve the abandon again.
Kept saying I had this in progress even though I had taken my turn. Then the game stopped and would not allow an abandon so I quit and it still says in progress for me.
But after I quit, because abandon was not working, on my player spot it does say I quit or was expelled, but when I click on next game in another game, this still comes up as an in progress game and freezes on the replay screen and then loads the game and nothing can be done.
Also please remove the quit from my stats, as I only quit because of the game and reply screen being unstable and it always forcing me to go to that game.

Yes, bug reporting is bugged for me--all major browsers included--but fwiw when you hit submit it apparently
does submit. I ended up submitting the same bug three times because of this.

And again bug page is not accepting bugs, so I produce here.
Architecture is not being respected as per rules
Architecture allows Level I buildings to be built with 1 less resource.
I have 3 resources and Architecture but Agriculture says I still need 4 and will not let me build it.
I have 1 pop and 3 resources w/Architecture so building a level I Agriculture should be 3 resources
Yes, n°8672011
Move n°562
Progression: 100%
We are at the end of the game, so any expediting you can do will be brilliant.
Do not want to hold up this game indefinitely
Thanks!

This doesn't sound like a bug. The Architecture special technology only applies to urban buildings. Farms and mines don't count as urban buildings. That's also the reason that the urban building limit doesn't apply to farms and mines, either.

Anybody know when and why the bugged bug report system gives players the hidden-for-security-reasons error? I have been trying to report bugs during the last weeks and always was denied regardless of browser, reloads, time of day... - yet others have reported bugs in the meantime. While others said their reports had been submitted despite the error message, mine haven't.

Schweiger,
I take back what I said I am not getting my bugs reported even though I am getting the same error as you get, so we are now in the same boat... sigh

Hello,
Just checked creating a bug report (
http://boardgamearena.com/#!bug?id=1089), and the bug reporting page seems to work fine.
Can you please give some more info about the problem on your end? (and try clearing your browser cache just in case?)
Cheers,
Een
