The new rule is great that others players can submit a solution but, this rule must apply to ALL other players... not only the players at the same turn, because the first player never can submit the solution and he didn't have the last turn responses

Exactly and this is why the game doesn't work and is so frustrating... They must solve the problem because the game is very too much unfair. Every time I have the code but can't give my solution...
