As the title suggest, instead of removing randomly 10 , remove 1 card per color then remove randomly 5.
That way everyone has no complete infomation

Nice idea. But on the other hand - in the current setup, there is no one player who has/hasn't complete information when all cards of a color are present in a game, right?
