How do you find a game's "game number"?

The URL of a game's single game lobby uses the game's name in a query string, e.g.,
https://boardgamearena.com/gamepanel?game=azul
However, the Arena for that game uses a number assigned to that game in the URL instead, e.g.,
Code: Select all
https://boardgamearena.com/halloffame?game=1467&season=22 [current season for Azul]
How do you find out that 1467 is Azul without going to the Arena page? For games you haven't played, you can't simply go to the lobby page and click "View all seasons" to get to the Arena page.

I usually go to the game page, and hover on the links for Arena history or stats/achievements, they have the game number. The links in the forum section has a different number, valid for the forums only.
You can also find the numbers from your profile page: in the achievements tab or in the game history, but I guess that's only for games you've played.

I just saw that in the single game lobby for a game I have not played that if you hover over the "Play this game now" button it shows the game number.

You can use the bug report system : once you enter a game name, it appends the game number to the url

On an individual game page the "Watch a game in progress" link has the game number in the URL.
