Right now, I dont see any difference in how a spot for ladders look without or with ladders on it, which makes a bit difficult to remember if you actually did put them there or not.

Minor stuff in any case, but it would be nice to have it more clearly visible.

I wouldn't say it's minor at all, and it's definitely something I'd like to see improved as well. With that said, I believe there is a graphical indication that a ladder has been placed (although it's hard for me to perceive without zooming in on the space using a phone/tablet).

Note that all ladder spaces start with two black lines that run along the inside border of the diamond surrounding the ladder image. If you see those two complete black lines just on the inside edge of the diamond, then no ladder has been placed. When a ladder is placed, one of those lines disappears (is covered by the ladder token?) so you see only 1 complete black line running around the border. What makes this even more challenging to detect is that some of the spaces have a black accent lines that runs around only one or two edges of the diamonds. Ignore those.

At least that's what I've observed over my first three games. If I'm mistaken (sometimes I think I see things that aren't really there ) , please let me know! In any case, I hope the developers make an update to make it abundantly clear where ladders have been placed. Good call OP!
