Table with no time limit and unresponsive player

I'm at a Coffee Rush table that is stuck on an unresponsive player for over a week now, and the table seems to have no time limit (Table #722494573). I don't want to abandon the table and get penalized. Is there anything that can be done?

Not really. Proposing to abandon may or may not elicit a response from the missing player.

If no moves are made for fourty days on a turn-based table, or for four hours plus all players being offline for a real-time table, the table will be automatically closed: see https://boardgamearena.com/faq?anchor=f ... cleangames
This is the problem with no-time-limit tables, particularly those opened as real-time tables, as one can only have one real time table open at a time.

For future games, check that any no time limit tables are turn-based rather than real time, assuming you don't mind the occasional long-lurking turn-based game.

If it's with no time limit, it must be in friendly mode, so you can quit without penalty.

How can I tell if it's in "friendly mode"?

a) There's no timer
b) Scroll down, click on "Options": Game mode Friendly mode

But since it's turn-based, you can also let it be... After some time (a couple of months?) of inactivity the table will be automatically closed, with no penalty for anyone (this applies for tables not in friendly mode too).
