Weird layout

On every other game on BGA, when I play in my laptop browser, the player info panels appear in a column on the right with the game log underneath.
In Crazy Corgi, the player info panels are at the top, above the game. There is no right column at all, and I can only access the game log by pressing the button in the bottom right, as if I was on mobile. The chat also does not appear except in its popup menu which covers the whole screen when pressed.
Is there a reason for this, or is it a bug?
