Board Game Arena

I can't leak names, but there has been someone playing the arena on 2 different accounts with the names ("username") and ("username"2). They are pretty much confirmed the same person from such similarity and similar gameplay mistakes, and the only reason I am so frustrated in the first place is because as a luck based game, they are giving themselves a much greater chance to win. If they really wanted to, they could always play with their lowest elo and their peak would always be cemented without risk. BGA needs to do something about multiple arena accounts.

Has anyone reported them, with sufficient proof? Without reports, nothing will happen for sure.

I have, but I don't think the evidence was strong enough since I only had the accounts+game choice+gameplay mistakes.

There is also someone with a name consisting of letters and several digits. And then another player with the same letters and the same digits except for the last one which is one higher than the first someone's last digit.
