Am I the only one that thinks that checking hand history, except for the last trick played, should not Be allowed? On a live game, such is not allowed.(and It's even seen as a form of cheating)

Even if this weren’t allowed, there are already chrome extensions that track cards. While, “hey, I am young and have a good memory” is a cool trait, it’s not necessarily the end all spades skill.

What they need to do is shorten the time clock. Then with or without a card list at least people have to look quickly not start from scratch as if they weren't paying attention the whole hand. Many sites give you 20 seconds max. I'm not saying it has to go down to that, but 30 seconds is plenty and more than that seems to give people too much time to start bickering.

Having 30 seconds per move would be fantastic.
That way, certain players would have less time chatting!

It's currently 9 seconds per move - why make it longer?

Referring to the time (105 seconds) you get to play each move.

THat's not true. You get 9 seconds per move.

9 seconds gets added per turn. But the turn timer can go as high as 1:27, so for a key play, someone could review much of the hand history in the game log. That would deplete the turn timer, but it can quickly be regained by making several obvious easy moves in 1 second, adding 8 more seconds each time and building the turn timer back up.

Exactly.
So what I think Olivia wants is the maximum time to be lowered to 30 seconds not the time per move?
It would be no good for a Spades game to force people to bid inside 30 seconds every hand. Particularly at the end game where you need to do some quick maths as it is.
