Board Game Arena

Greetings! Undertaker Matt, here.
My board game Sepulchre is ramping up for its first crowdfunding effort and I am very interested in working with a developer who enjoys unique design and a good challenge to bring Sepulchre to BGA.
Sepulchre is a cemetery-themed, card-based board game that uses coffin-shaped cards and grave-shaped player boards -- I mean, what more could you want?
The game is modular, designed to be played with 2-4 players (currently). From a dev perspective, this game has everything: a deck of 80+ cards, broken into three types of cards, player boards that have to be filled with puzzle pieces that build skeletons, and discard player boards where discarded cards continue to play an active role in most games.

Just to be clear, are you looking for development cost quotes? Or are you seeking a developer to volunteer several dozen hours of skilled labor?

There's certainly room for both. I'm just trying to understand the request.
