Notification for tournaments

Hi,
So I was online playing bga yesterday and did not check my email and ended up missing the information that the live tournament was starting.
Not complaining, I have ADHD and this happens, but I feel like getting notifications for every game helped me be less vigilant - I assumed I'd be getting one for the tournament.
It did not show up on top either or prevented me from playing another game.
Just wondering if anything could be done to help prevent this from happening - it would be one thing if I had been having a walk or something, but I was litterally online and feel like it could be possible to get a reminder.
