Draft time

Why isn't there a different timer in the draft time, the moment when we choose card?
The timer's duration for choosing our farmer action is way too long, but the timer's duration to choose a card is way too short, the two should be separated and balanced
There are 20 cards to read and some ppl expect others to read them in 1 minute somehow
People instantly finishing the game and giving a penalty for 15 seconds delay is really an unfriendly behavior.
If you have any strategy to choose the cards faster without knowing them I'm interested too because I don't have the time to read them all
