Now, turning my crystal ball on, I guess you mean you don't get any elo, and I guess you mean a game such as this one:

In that case, it's because of the "consecutive wins" penalty or adjustment. Search for that in the forum, and you'll find plenty of threads discussing it and complaining about it.
Or maybe it as a game in friendly mode...
