Would it be possible to add 4 Player Deep Space Team play?

Could you add an option to four player deep space where the deep space hexes have a small chance of spawning a new mineral, wreck or lost in space marker each economy turn?

Currently, I have no motivation to add for free any option to SE4X on BGA since the author and publisher preferred to finance development on Steam to make players pay.
