Tournament timeouts

I reporting player dimmi64 for exploiting the timeout during tournament.
Taking 50-60 seconds to think about a move is not a timeout.
Using the in-game system to avoid lengthy waiting for regular game to win tournament round is exploit.
Please fix the timeout abuse for tournaments.
