How to report someone kingmaking in Arena?

So, I suspect two accounts of colluding and I think I have reasonable evidence to support this claim. I want to report them with the information I have, but I can't seem to find where to do it?
When I click the "report this player" button the options don't seem to allow me to report.
"helps another player to win the game by playing as a team" - basically tells me to just "TD" them. Which, I guess is fine for me. But they're still rising in the ranks in arena and that doesn't seem fair.
"is using multiple accounts to boost ELO" - seems to only apply to one player having multiple accounts. I don't have any evidence of that (or even how to prove it), so I can't really say that this is what they're doing.
Is the solution really to just thumbs down them? Seems unfair to the other players. Also, it's a relatively new game so it's a small pool of players.

"Using multiple accounts" doesn't mean a single person controls all the accounts.

When you choose that option it tells you to, "Please list here the BGA accounts owned by the same person"

I think you don't have to take those categories too literally. They are just a help for the moderators to filter their reports. In your case I'd choose "X is using multiple accounts to boost ELO" and after that "The accounts play against each other to cheat the ranking system".

What happens after you file a report? I know it takes about 4 weeks, but I'm curious if there's a place to check on it, or add extra info if it's still happening, etc...

Figured this out in case anyone in the future is wondering ... You go to report them again. It says you already reported them and can view the report. It also lets you add stuff to the report.

Okay, now it doesn't seem to let me add to the report anymore, so I'm guessing they reviewed it? Now it just lets me report them again if I want.
Where can I find the result of the reporting? How do I know what they decided?

You don't. Sometimes you can see the effect of a report, e.g., banned from the forum, the account is deleted, the player's Elo is reset to 100, etc., but you don't get a formal notification.

So if it doesn't look like anything happened, they probably decided it wasn't cheating?

There's a difference between deciding it wasn't cheating and deciding there wasn't enough support for them to say definitively that it was cheating as opposed to someone playing badly.
