Round/Turn

I understand that when a round ends the winner picks 2 cards, but I am struggling with the order after that. Is there a way in the game GUI to see who is where in the turn order. Also is there a way to see what Round we are on?

According to the rules:
The player who won the turn receives the starting player card and will then choose 2 cards that were played in the turn and will place them in front of him face up, stacking the same cards, so that they will be scored on the end of the game.
In clockwise order, each player, with the exception of the last one in order, will choose one of the cards played on the turn and will also place it in front of him.
So effectively this should mean that the player who won the turn gets 2 cards, then the player left of that player takes 1 card, et cetera, so the player to the right of the winner of that turn gets nothing (regardless of what they played).
