How do I contact BGA about a complex matter which does not appear in the FAQ list?
You can send a report using this checklist https://boardgamearena.com/support (I am not sure if you meant this by "the FAQ list"). Even if your issue doesn't fit perfectly, you may find a category that is close enough.
Otherwise you can directly contact them via support@boardgamearena.com.
