Question for high ELO players on arena

Do you ever play with filters on (i.e. by ELO or by karma)? It doesn't seem to work for arena games :/

You don't have to be a high Elo player to know how filters work. Elo filters do not work in Arena. You can only filter by Arena tier and Arena tiers may have a loose correlation to Elo, but it's not definitive, especially at the beginning of a season when everyone has been relegated. You can't filter Arena by Good, Strong, etc. like you can for regular games.
But my understanding is that karma filters should work. I will be corrected if I'm wrong.
