Thinking of cancel membership because of bug

While I really liked this king of tokyo game... The game is just broken with bugs now.. keep getting worst even if player reported bug.. seriously considering cancelling my membership as it was the only game Im playing ...
Am I the only one ?

KOT is not the only game that I play, although it's my most played game.
I am considering not reviewing my premium account next spring over another issue on BGA. Since I don't want to change your topic, I won't share it here.

The KoT bug issue was the worst bug I have known on BGA. It's hopefully fixed now but I do wish there was a way of drawing mod attention to a bad bug that was quicker than the current reporting system.

Unfortunately, bugs happen on any platform that has updates. Improving one thing can break other things. From what I've heard unofficially, BGA and KoT recently had a major overhaul to help with performance, data handling, and existing objects. This definitely created an increase of new bugs. However, I've personally seen great efforts from the KoT development team to address and resolve any bugs that I report, with some bugs being addressed and resolved in under 1 hour!
I have a few suggestions:
1 - Accept that bugs happen, and they are not an indicator that the product (KoT in this case) is inherently bad.
2 - If you see a bug, document it ASAP. Take screenshots, note specific turn #s, document exactly what was happening prior to and after the bug.
3 - Review existing bugs. Perhaps you can share more input or information that leads to faster resolution.

I understand that especially if there are a lot of bug reports regarding the same issue, it’s easier for things to be swept under the rug but there are 8 individual bug reports for the usage of psychic probe preventing other power cards that involve rolling die from being used and I think it’s ridiculous that we still don’t have a resolution and the most recent bug report was resolved as not a bug without much time spent looking into the bug
