Timer Scenarios

Just how difficult are the timer scenarios? I have tried a few, but honestly, I am no where near completing them, even when playing alongside an Expert level player.
60 seconds seems almost impossible. I see that people DO complete these scenarios. Can I assume that they are always completed with settings set to 60 secs, or could they be some other number?
Perhaps I am just slow....if I ever complete a round, it's with 2 seconds to spare and typically where I have also just made a mistake making the game much harder or impossible.
Can anyone reassure me that this is doable, just with more attempts?

If you choose the slowest possible time setting AND you choose the game option "80sec" (the option might have a different name, I write this from memory) then you have 80sec instead of 60sec.
Still very tough for me since I play on computer without mouse.

I think the timer scenarios are more difficult on BGA than in-person. My friend and I beat PBH red on our first try (3rd game of Sky Team we ever played) in-person, but I haven't come close to winning PBH black or KUL black online with my friends after about 7 tries total. It just feels like much less time online. I think some of the reasons are
- It is easier to see where your partner has placed IRL, whereas it's harder to spot for a couple seconds on BGA
- Clicking "confirm" takes longer than placing dice IRL
- The dice animation on BGA takes about 2 seconds, whereas dice rolling IRL is faster. Also, when playing IRL, my hand starts the timer on my phone after I finish rolling my dice, but BGA starts the timer at the beginning of the initial dice rolling animation
Even so, my friends and I will still try to beat timer scenarios on BGA with 60 seconds, even though I think 70 or 80 seconds is a reasonable accommodation for the differences I list above.

I probably lose more then I win. But they are winnable. Need to take your time between rounds and really think about what you need to do. Also really important to think about what your partner will need to do as well.

They are winnable at the 80 seconds for me but feel really high stress (probably how it would if something was going wrong on a plane). I prefer 80 seconds for the duration of a round rather than 60 and I also use my laptop in touch screen mode with the pen to get quicker reactions.
