Are there enough fans of Cities and Knights for BGA to make this happen?

Gotta think so. C&K games fill almost instantly much of the time on the regular play server, where 2 or 3 base games (with good karma players) often sit open. It's a real pity we can't get such a main option as a type of arena game, to me they're almost different games (more so than, for example, Ticket to Ride USA is different from Ticket to Ride Europe). Likewise I wouldn't think regular Catan players would be interested in a C&K arena season. It's more than just a setting.

A big yes for me! I prefer the 3 player option

I would suggest that in every C&K game you play, you post in the chat that everybody should come to this chain and voice support

Maybe if enough people do that, BGA will do it...

ABSOLUTELY! The best version of Catan by far.

In a dream world, great. But this would be a step too far for the “gurus” who seem to think that 3-player base game with random numbers and friendly robber is the way to go. I have never understood the thinking behind making these settings as bad as possible. It kills the game and makes the whole arena a joke.

BGA don't do anything. The arena settings are determined by 'gurus' the people that play the most instances of a given game.

The only thing BGA could do about it (without changing the whole guru policy) is to list C&K as a separate game.
