I'm playing as Jeong Ji-Na and bought several rice ingredients in this round planning on a soju distill, however the game allowed me to make the signature drink andong soju even though I hadn't moved the signature ingredient to my pantry yet. feel like this is a bug, I'm playing too many tables and didn't even notice until it came time to collect rewards

This is not a bug.

Since you had rice, you can distill Andong Soju. You don’t need the special version of an ingredient from your brewer to make the signature drink, it’s just easier if you have it because of the special ability.
