Board Game Arena

Can someone help me out here. what do I have to do to successfully complete a deliver when I deliver goods. The delivery shows the cube has completed but the "complete delivery" button never highlights - everything seems in order and the cubes match - what am I doing wrong?

Can you show a pic of the situation?
A cube can only be delivered to a city of the same color as the cube.
