Asmodee map game…. How are yall organizing? not cheating, I swear!

Hello! Just introducing myself to the quests in the game. How are yall setting things up to find things as you go? Or does everyone just have actual short term memory skills unlike me? Lol the only thing I can figure out to do is making a spreadsheet with each question to tally things as I go through, since so many consist of counting the number of items……just curious!
