this is just a opinion but I do thimk it makes it hard to start more games.

Not as fun to play this game turn by turn (and also play TbT is cheating)

just a suggestion: when creating turn-based tables, you have the option to select 1/2/3/4/8/12/24 turns per day (or 1 turn per 2 days). Please choose the table with the speed you want, but do not complain if you joined a slow table, that the players play slow. I even would suggest to create/join real-time tables for this game.

turn-based card game is a kind of an absurd concept, it really kills the appeal of this genre,
