Please help! I don't have any legal action to do?

Hi guys, I'm just a noob learning to play this game. Currently I'm in a middle of a turn base game, I run out of money, got 1 Venom. Now I can't do any action, can't X-back any card, can't pass my turn and wait for my opponent to break. Now what can I do legally?

The only move to make is X-back Association. That removes the venom token since you are using the Association action.
