Help Needed: A game show survey for anime fans

If you're an anime fan, I'm on the search for you and really need your help.
I'll explain: I am the leader of an entertainment troupe known as The Game Show Goombas, and I've hosted recreations of classic game shows at anime & fandom conventions for the past 17 years (haven't done a board game con yet, but we're trying, there's a couple classic formats we do that are based on board games). One of the shows that we do is Card Sharks, and in that game, the questions are actually yes/no opinion surveys of 100 people that the players have to predict the results of.
SO... that means we have to survey people. And that's where I need you, lots of you. If you or anyone you know is an anime, cosplay or video game fan, please come and take our surveys here. The form is set up so that you tell it what fandoms you're into, and you'll get those particular questions. AND, as an added bonus, whenever we finish 100 people, we'll pick someone at random to win a prize from our stash (we have a LOT of stuff to give away, so why not).
