If I go premium, what does "same location" means exactly ?

I want to play with 3 friends I always play with.
3 of us live in France, 1 in Sweden.
If one of us goes premium, can he invite us to plays with him even if we don't live at the same place ?

Same IP address, as far as I know (usually same household, if sharing network access).
If the 3 people in France do not live together, you most likely do not need premium, unless you want to play premium games. Otherwise, just one premium user at the table is enough.

The answer is yes. If 1 of you has premium, you can play any game together, no matter where you are / live.
(however as jellby pointed out if NONE of you had premium, you'd be limited to playing non-premium-games AND playing from different IP-adresses)
