Board Game Arena

Hello

Not sure if anyone else has this issue, but every time I try to run a game, it auto declines it. I am using Firefox browser.

Can anyone give any advice? I have tried contacting BGA support, however they couldn't do anything and the troubleshooter says everything is fine.
