Regarding the old bug reports, it had something to do with „challenge mode“, which is for 3 player games only, but if it is active, it caused issues with 4 player games.

Thank you. It is strange that we have been playing the games for months, and only now have several of them experienced this bug.

Some of the bug reports are 3 years old. As far as I understood, the bug only occurs, if you create a 3 player table, activate the challenge mode and then switch to 4 player. In that case, the option „challenge mode“ was hidden, was was still active. It is a rare situation. But if the same player creates new tables, maybe his game preferences are kept for next game and so the „hidden option“ is still active for all new games of that player. Could be a reason why it occurs from sudden and than for each new game. (I just guess, I have no idea, how the game options are implemented).

Some days ago, a developer fixed the bug (at least commented so in some of the bug reports). So, I hope, this issue does not occur any more.

These were not newly created games.

I created some of them months ago. We've been playing them turn-based. It was just recently when several of them started to deal only 7 cards.
