I am playing against this same played right now and I am highly concerned that they are cheating in some way. They are completing far more actions than is reasonable or that I have ever seen. There is no way that they should be able to get 10+ of EVERY single symbol. It's wild. I don't think it's the game ...

Actually, this was very well played from Yellow, and these kind of chain reactions are one of the reasons why I love this game. There are actually no hard limitations on the amount of actions (and especially cards) you can play in the game, since playing cards can grant you resources and actions, so the result is very reasonable. I would focus on the two things he did:
- playing cards which give discounts for playing cards, or which grant resources and makes playing cards very cheap (or even net positive)
- playing cards which allows you to play even more cards (like the robo tiger, which blue even let pass in round 4)
