Did the ability to delete bug report replies vanish?

Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong spot, but I no longer see the button to delete bug report comments, including my own comments.
This is troublesome. The FAQ entries can no longer be updated by posting updated replies and deleting the old ones. Replies to the FAQ bug report entries cannot be deleted to maintain a clean FAQ.
Does anyone know when this changed?

I'm having this same issue, if someone replies to a FAQ, I have to bother moderators to try to clear the FAQ replies.

Absolutely. I found some FAQ typos that I want to fix, but I can't.

We brought back today the ability for devs to remove comments on their games.

I've just updated a few typos in one of our bug reports that serves as an FAQ. I'm grateful to have this ability again.
