Table View Controls

Is there any reason Railroad Ink has absolutely no Table View Controls on BGA?
Zoom, Board size, Opponent positioning, etc?
I thought perhaps there was a BGA default standard for view controls as a minimum?
I routinely switch from two different laptop setups with different resolutions, as well as mobile. My personal default selections sometimes need tweaking between games, turns, and plays.
Anyone's thoughts? Is Railroad Ink set to auto adjust to the best configuration, based on available resource resolution? If so, why aren't all games set that way?
