Board Game Arena

I like this game and think I understand the mechanics, thought I understood scoring (watched a few more videos too) but I am struggling with winning. Any tips?

try playing the solo variant, you can win with different tactics.

The solo variant is really well done. That's how I learned the game since it is hard to get an opponent unless you play turn based where you can lose momentum - although it's easy enough to see where you are even when there's a gap in time.

I find this game so relaxing and, although I'm a very competitive person, I don't feel competitive when I play this. I just bought the actual game and plan to teach my husband to play today since it's a good day for board games - gray and rainy outdoors.

Back to the point, the solo variant is a good way to learn and try different strategies. Have fun!
