Board Game Arena

I'm not sure if there is a bug or I'm not understanding the rules. If a guard is in a foyer it's my understanding that he cannot see out of the foyer (only into a foyer if you are in it). I got seen when I passed an adjacent tile though.

I believe you’re right. Did you get spotted by a guard in a camera room or something instead?
