Who never dreamt of ruling an underwater realm? Besides, of course, that always happy and well-intentioned mustached neighbor whose only dream is to be kind, compassionate and charitable. But enough of that neighbor…
In
Aquatica, you are playing as one of 8 Ocean Kings, struggling to find resources for your realm. To become the greatest ruler of the Great Kingdoms of Aquatica, you will need to have the most Prosperity points and to earn these you will
explore,
conquer and buy locations, recruit new characters and
complete set goals.
To do so, you need to play cards from your hand (each with a unique set of actions) and combine them. With a good strategy during your turn, you can take up to ten actions in a row. You will encounter plenty of mysterious ocean creatures and, with their help, you will explore the unknown locations and raise found resources from the ocean depths to your kingdom.
Aquatica is a deep, but easy to learn family engine builder, especially if you go through the tutorial first. You can then explore the deep blue and become its ruler by clicking the link below:

It is hard to be heard when you are under water, but we want to thank
Ivan Tuzovsky, the game designer, and the crew from
Cosmodrome Games for letting us add the game to BGA. A big shout out to
MGoulet for bringing Aquatica to the platform.
That was your Monday release,
Don’t hold your breath too long, we will be back soon. Until then, take care and play fair!

A game by a russian author, a russian publisher. Dear BGA team, I invite you to Ukraine. In the east of our country you will be able to fully feel the scent of Russian "culture"!

Yeah, it's not enough that Russians have to live in a dictatorship - we should also ban their work from everywhere.
I've petitioned my local library to get rid of Dostoevsky and Tolstoy, but they won't listen. I guess they're Putin fans.

Or a fan of free speech. Ironically, book banning is more a communist thing.

Come on. Common people are not responsible for their politicians. In Russia there is a lot of people with good will as anywhere else. They just might not be so visible as those evil ones. Why should we punish them just because they were born under bad government or tiran?

Hello friends! You can blame everything on me. As an employee of Cosmodrome Games, I was the one who initiated the start of work on the BGA version of the game. Besides, I was born in Ukraine...

Then I blame you, rumatik, for starting this fine implementation of a great game. How do you sleep at night!

(Great job!)
