Email Notifications

I see where I can turn off getting notifications when it's my turn, but is there some way to turn off other email notifications? Like whenever a game ends or I get a private message, those sorts of things? I'm tired of deleting all these messages.
I am not really an email person, and really detest getting these kinds of notifications - it just clogs everything up and I see this stuff here before I see it in my email. I just can't find a way to turn these off.

You can disable emails for private messages right here in the forums.
User Control Panel -> Board preferences -> Edit global settings -> Notify me on new private messages: -> Set it to NO.
I don't know how to deactivate emails about games completed.

I'm NOT getting sent my turn-based game notifications to my email, which is annoying. It was working until about 3-4 days ago.

You need to report bugs here:

This thread isn't about bugs in the email system.

I do have something to add to this. I tend to just delete all the email messages from this place without really looking too close, and just noticed the other day that one of the messages I'm always getting is when a player's turn time is almost up. Not only is that just another email clogging everything up, but it also sounds like it's trying to encourage you to go expel the player. I don't think people should be encouraged to do that so easily - anyone can have something happen. (In fact, I just got an "over time" mark cause I totally forgot to even come on here yesterday... for the first time since i joined.)
