I don't know why my endgame was triggered here

I'm wondering if I encountered a bug here because I don't see why the endgame was triggered. Neither of us claimed all 4 goals, and neither the location nor the character decks are empty. Character deck still shows 1 card left in it and the locations aren't even close. Can someone please explain this?

Have you tried reloading? Viewing the table as a spectator does not show the "LAST TURN" banner (I don't know if it normally would), and there's no "triggers the last turn" in the log.

I wonder whether it is just a display bug? Quite a few people have reported this happening just today.

i also had this, but it was only a visiual bug though really annoying on turn based cause you need to make sure its really not ended
