In this game I was going to win with absolute certainty, but when I got out at the end of the game 4/2 in the dice the game made the possible moves for me and didn't pass the turn - time passed and my opponent won.

Can you explain in more detail? When you rolled 4-2 your only legal move was 3-off, 2-off, leaving a blot on 3. Thus you did not have a secure victory but your winning chances were high if your opponent would not hit you...
But you are talking about a bug. Did you have automatic moves activated? Indeed it happens sometimes that the computer finds an illegal move if he miscalculates the forced move. Then the game is stuck because the illegal move is carried out but will not be confirmed.
The only way out is to disable auto-move and refresh the game. Then you can manually move your checkers according to the rules.
That is a well-known bug - but since Backgammon is not actively developed at the moment the bug will probably not been resolved soon...

That is indeed a bug, but what you needed to do was turn off auto move, and redo the move manually
