It is that time of the year again… but this time, things look a little different.
Winter has arrived on BGA, and with it, our Winter of Games 2025 Calendar.
 
And yes (just like every year) we are bringing you a brand-new game every single day.
31 days. 31 games. One vibrant winter.
 
Why?
Because, as always, we have many wonderful games waiting to meet you, and this is the perfect moment to let them shine in their own winter light.
 
How The Winter Calendar Works
Starting on December 1st, a new treasure chest will appear each day on the homepage - one for each color line of the week.
 
Click it.
Open it.
Discover the game of the day.
 
That is all you need to do. Daily until the 31st of December.
 
Unlock Exclusive Achievements
If you open the revealed game every single day, you will collect exclusive Chromatic Winter trophies. Unique, color-themed, and beautifully designed.
 
Miss a day?
The collection breaks.
It is a challenge— but a fun one.
 
There are 4 trophies to get: one for the 1st day you open a gift, another for a 10 day streak, one more for clicking 20 days on our front page calendar, and a last one for completing the whole month challenge.
 
This event (and these achievements!) only happen once.

The full game list will be updated regularly in this forum post so you can track everything revealed during the month.
 
Wherever you are (wrapped in blankets, enjoying the cold, or just embracing the end-of-year energy) we hope Chromatic Winter brings you warmth, joy, and a daily spark of play.

Not meaning to discourage those who plan these cool things, but it seems that 'wherever you are' means 'wherever you happen to be experiencing winter'. And, well, you do know that less than half of the globe is experiencing winter right now and the rest are either warm or hot?

If you scroll through our Summer of Games or Winter of Games announcements each year (for a few years now), you’ll notice it always sparks the same chilly-warm debate. Turns out our community is a big ol’ globe of gamers, some of us are sipping cocoa, others are sweating through our keyboards. And honestly? That seasonal scramble is the real climate of our community… beautifully mixed, slightly chaotic, and always forecast for fun. You can still come to open a novelty every days for 30 days, like every other users
And no, sadly, we still won’t be launching a year-long-daily-release-calendar. ^^

Can anybody remind me what time in which timezone the chests reset? I remember that being my biggest struggle with these daily unlocks in the past... I'll get on and its still "yesterday" or I completely miss a day somehow...
