Suggestion: Split "Competitive level" option to "Cards in hand enable/disable" and "Ban overpowered cards enable/disable

Would make this much easier to understand.
Arena queue can take quite a while and when looking for "simple games" I generally see AAS and/or "Competitive level: Normal" and I wonder whether it is clear what that actually means?
