Board Game Arena

Want to move a mech (with speed) 2 spaces and collect workers en route (ie. move 1 space, pick up workers, move again) but can't seem to figure how to do this on bga?

It only lets me select the final destination hex, not how I get there.

Can this be done?

Select the mech you want to move, then move it one step. Pickup/dropoff and resources and/or workers. Then move it one more step.

Should have tried that but thought it would 'waste' a move
