Why there is the Silver League for such unpopular game?

The game has only just been launched - literally a few weeks ago. Nearly 2,000 people have played it since then, many coming back to play it multiple times.

What chance, man? Did you see fame statistics? Number of games played in Arena mode?

You cannot play arena until you get to 100 ELO, and it takes a while to get enough players to that level, and then not everyone wants to play arena games. It appears that the tournament idea will take off first, and then perhaps there will be more people to play arena.

You could do your bit to ask your friends to start playing Elongo, the more the merrier.

By the way, last week Elongo was in the top 12% of games played on BGA, so it is not a case of unpopular, just new and not yet widely known about.

Perhaps they have silver and gold league by default for all new games? It is the first Arena season for this game since it was launched in December.

I just checked and I don't see any silver or gold leagues - just straight to Elite. Makes more sense for a new game IMHO. So I don't know what happened, if it has been changed or if somebody just had some shiny visions?
