10% download freeze

I am experiencing this problem for two weeks already on turn based Rainforest. I click on the game because its my turn. The game download stops at 10%. Going through the bug reports there several reports like this but have little votes. Seems like devs are not aware. Icannot join other tables, it is very frustrating.
