Game won't launch

Trying to introduce my nephew to BGA, he set up an account and I, as a premium player, invited him for Can't Stop. He accepted and the game screen showed the two of us and the game was set for two players -- but it kept searching for players. We did succeed last week. He was using his phone, but he got off that and on his computer and the same thing happened. Monday, December 7, 7:40 to 8 pm EST, lexlogan8 and Rogue Element.
