The horn of plenty Forces players to discard from Amulet of water if their reserve is empty. This is not how the card is supposed to be used. The use of tokens from amulet of water is always "By choice" the card states "a player may choose" so that conflicts with the rules. Just saying. Talihoo! Peace bros.
